Music 5 is a comprehensive audio management and playback application that provides the following services:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, store, and play any music files or content through our App. You warrant that your User Content does not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Our App integrates with third-party services including Dropbox and Google Drive for file import functionality. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or services provided by these third parties.
Our AI-powered text-to-speech feature converts written text into natural-sounding audio using advanced machine learning models. This service includes 73 different voices with customizable settings for stability, similarity boost, and speed.
The text-to-speech service is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the generated audio for commercial purposes without obtaining appropriate licensing. We reserve the right to impose usage limits or restrictions on the text-to-speech feature.

The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Music 5 and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Certain features or services within the App may require payment. If you choose to purchase any paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in the App. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MUSIC 5 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Music 5 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Music 5 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Music 5 regarding the use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
